DOCUMENTATION AND CONTROL

  • All documents required within the company related to the management system itself or the execution of individual customer contracts are properly managed and maintained by our accounts department. We ensure that it is issued to the concerned personnel/organization with all the details illustrated. The documentation is reissued and shared again, in case of any revision made in the documentation. These documents clearly illustrate the details, customer orders, drawings, plans, decided terms, and similar details that are finalized by the company and the associated client.

PROCESS CONTROL

  • All productive work is planned and undertaken by strictly adhering to the company’s procedure and any specific document(s) agreed for individual contracts. We work in a direct correlation with our client's needs to get the required PEBs built as per their thoughts and requirements. Every aspect is undertaken under full vigilance and our design and quality assurance team makes sure to control every activity with the top control levels.

TRAINING

  • The policy of the company is to ensure that all people are well-trained and experienced to undertake their assigned activities and responsibilities effectively. The company generally procures and recruits the best people for the required activities.
  • All staff and senior employees are responsible for recommending the training needs of others and to ensure that all employees allocated specific tasks are suitably qualified and experienced to execute their allotted tasks. Once training needs are identified, we provide them responsibly and through appropriate resources. We work professionally and give regular inspiring training sessions for the perfect working of our team to produce the remarkable PEBs.
